To access your discount, visit our bookings page via the button below.  Search for your preferred date in January 2025 and when the full package options show, enter the exclusive discount code PROMO20 into the 'promo code' box that is above the booking engine search bar - tap the 'search' button to activate the code and reveal the hidden Dinner Bed and Breakfast rates with 20% off.

The code will only be activated against stays taken between 1st - 31st January 2025.

Black Friday Sale Booking Terms:

• Bookable on selected dates 29th Nov - 2nd Dec 2024 for stays in January 2025, on selected packages, subject to availability
• Prices may vary by day subject to dates and availability
• Online booking availability is guaranteed for a maximum of 6 guests. If you would like to book for 7 or more guests, please contact our reservations team before booking to confirm availability for your selected package on your selected date. Please email reservations@ardencote.com. Maximum numbers will apply on different packages on certain dates.
• Spa Treatments and Destination Spa access can only be added to Leisure Break bookings a maximum of 14 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. To guarantee Ardencote Spa access, please book one of our 'Destination Spa' Breaks
• All deposits and balance payments are non-refundable once received
• If you need to change your reservation, please contact our Reservations team using reservations@ardencote.com before 12pm a minimum of 2 days prior to your arrival and we will be able to transfer your payment to any available package at a later date or hold your credit until you are able to re-book. Requests to change your reservation after this time may incur administration fees and/or cancellation fees. Our Reservations team will be able to advise on any applicable charges.
• If you decide to fully cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival, or once full payment has been received, you will be charged in full and your payment will be used to cover late cancellation costs
