Terms and conditions
- Prices vary depending on the day of the week and availability.
- Bookable from 1st– 30th December 2024 on selected dates, subject to availability. Please use the website availability search option to check available dates - please search based on maximum of 2 guests as availability and packages are shown per room.
- This package can be booked over multiple nights. For each additional night of residency, an additional round of golf will be included within the package.
- Inclusive golf is bookable between 11am on the day of arrival and 11am on the day of departure. Tee times will be pre-allocated and confirmed in your booking confirmation.
- Each tee time may be allocated to up to four golfers - if there are less than 4 golfers within your reservation, tee times might be shared with other golfers
- Golf tee times will be allocated subject to availability at the time of booking. Please email your requested times to reservations@ardencote.com. Requests for specific tee times can not be guaranteed.
- Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 12pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure
- Destination Spa access can only be added to Leisure Break bookings a maximum of 14 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. Spa Treatments are subject to availability, please email spa@ardencote.com for availability requests.
- Online booking availability is guaranteed for a maximum of 12 guests. If you would like to book for 13 or more guests, please contact our reservations team before booking to confirm availability for your selected package on your selected date. Please email reservations@ardencote.com. Maximum numbers will apply on different packages on certain dates.
