Ardencote is Awarded 5 Bubble Spa Status by The Good Spa Guide

DESTINATION SPA AT ARDENCOTE IS AWARDED 5 BUBBLES BY THE GOOD SPA GUIDE

Exciting announcement! The results from the Good Spa Guide 5 Bubbles awards are in… and we’re over the moon to announce that Destination Spa at Ardencote has been awarded a 5 Bubble Rating for dedication to customer service excellence, our state-of-the-art facilities & treatment options, for the second year in a row!

Located in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, Destination Spa offers a wide range of treatments, Thermal Facilities and plenty of areas to sit, relax and take in the scenery. Destination Spa is proud to be partnered with ELEMIS, the home of British Skincare. Our ELEMIS treatments, including facials, body wraps & full body rejuvenation are well loved by all of our Spa Guests. As well as our specialist BIOTEC treatments, innovating the combination of ELEMIS skincare with new technologies.

In order to achieve the award, the team were provided with a vast questionnaire, covering over 80 questions focusing on the facilities, staffing levels, guest service, cleanliness and for the first time this year, sustainability. We were really pleased to see The Good Spa Guide include a sustainability section this year, as being sustainable is at the heart of what we do. We were recently awarded Silver Sustainability Status by Green Tourism. In order to achieve the 5 Bubble rating, spas across the U.K. must deliver a score of 85% or above.

Our Spa Facilities are second-to-none. The outdoor pool is an oasis in the summer, whilst the outdoor Hot Tub is a must-visit on the colder days. The Spa also boasts an Aromatherapy Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Tepidarium, Outdoor Tyrolean Kilo Sauna, ice fountain, Monsoon Shower, Foot Spas, Relaxation & Tranquility Lounges, as well access to the Indoor Pool, Cardio and Resistance Gyms,
Three Floodlit Tennis Courts, Three Glass-backed Squash/Racket Ball Courts and our Dance Studio, hosting a range of classes. Guests can also enjoy a selection of light bites or a cream tea in the Brasserie, or take a cocktail to the poolside in the summer months.

Following the 5 Bubbles award, Destination Spa has been entered into the Good Spa awards which will be taking place in November which are set to be the highlight of the spa industry calendar.
