Where is Ardencote?
Ardencote is located just a few miles from Junction 15, M40 in the village of Claverdon.
If you are travelling by train we recommend alighting from Warwick Parkway and getting a taxi to the hotel.
Please note if you are using a Sat Nav you may be directed to the old entrance on Star Lane, the entrance is located on The Cumsey.What facilities does Ardencote have?

What is the dress code in the Brasserie?
You may dine in the Brasserie in robes for Breakfast and Lunch, if you are visiting on a Destination Spa Day or Break. For Sunday Lunch and Dinner we request smart casual dress code, no robes/slippers will be permitted.
Do you have triple rooms?
No, we do not have any triple rooms within the hotel. Please note there is a single supplement for rooms.
Do you have any interconnecting rooms?
Yes we have interconnecting rooms. Please note these are held as priority for families, and are subject to availability.
Can I reserve a table for dinner?
You will be allocated a dinner time upon booking your break. If you would like a specific time for dinner, please let the reservations team on booking know and we will do our accommodate you.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi throughout all areas of the hotel. Please refer to the handbook in your room to connect to the Wi-Fi.
Do you take cash and can I put food and drinks on my room bill?
Ardencote is a cashless venue, and there is not an ATM on site. Please ensure you bring a debit/card with you to pay for any additional purchases made during your stay. There is not be a facility for guests to charge items to rooms, foregoing the need for lengthy check-outs on departure.
Does Ardencote accept pets?
It is with regret that Ardencote does not allow pets - with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

Leisure Break FAQs
What do the Leisure Facilities include?
Ardencote Leisure Facilities include; Indoor Pool, Indoor poolside Jacuzzi, Steam Room & Sauna, Dance Studio, Life Fitness Cardiovascular Gym, Life Fitness Resistance Stations, Free Weights Area, Table Tennis, Tennis, Squash & Racquetball Courts.
I’ve booked a Leisure Break, can I use the Destination Spa Facilities?
The use of the Destination Spa is only available to those on a Destination Spa Day or Break. If you have booked a Leisure Break you will need to upgrade your stay to include use of the Spa, at £25 per person. Please note that the Destination Spa Upgrade is subject to availability, and cannot be added to your booking until within 14 days of your arrival.
Are Robes and Slippers included?
Guests booked onto a Destination Spa Day or Destination Spa Break have Robes & Slippers included in their stay. If you are a Leisure Break Guest, Robes & Slippers can be hired. Robes are £5 and Slippers are £2.50, please visit the Spa Reception on arrival to hire your Robes & Slippers.
Can I use the Outdoor Hot Tub and Swimming Pool?
The use of the Outdoor Hot Tub and Swimming Pool is exclusively for those booked onto a Destination Spa Day, Destination Spa Break, or Leisure Club Members. If you are a resident of the hotel, or on a Leisure Break, you can enhance your stay to include use of the Destination Spa Facilities for a cost of £25 per person. Please note that the Destination Spa Upgrade is subject to availability and that the Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool is seasonal opening and subject to weather conditions.

We provide lockers in the changing rooms, you will require a £1 coin for female changing rooms, and there is a 4 digit code for male changing rooms.
Are towels included?
All leisure break guests have towels included in their stay, please ask at Spa Reception to receive a towel use in the Leisure Facilities.

Destination Spa Break FAQs
I’ve booked a treatment, can I use the Destination Spa Facilities?
No, if you have booked a treatment only it does not allow access to the Destination Spa. If you would like use of the Destination Spa Facilities, you need to enhance your stay at a cost of £25 per person. Please note that the Destination Spa Upgrade is subject to availability.
Can Children use the Destination Spa Facilities?
The Destination Spa is exclusively an adult only area, and any persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Spa. Children can use the Indoor Pool with adult supervision.
I would like to enhance my stay to include use of the Destination Spa, how much does it cost?
The use of the Destination Spa costs just £25 per person. You can choose from two sessions either 10am - 1pm or 2pm - 5pm. Once you have upgraded you have access to all the facilities which includes; Himalayan Salt Sauna, Aromatherapy Steam Room, Foot Spas, Monsoon Shower Experience, Tepidarium, Relaxation & Tranquillity Lounges, Outdoor Tyrolean Kilo Sauna, Outdoor Hot Tub, Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool. As well as access to all the Leisure Facilities which you already have as part of your stay. If you would like to upgrade please call the Spa Reception on 01926 843111. Please note that the Destination Spa Upgrade is subject to availability.
Can I have a treatment if I have existing health issues?
We try our best to accommodate any guest booking a treatment. Please advise us if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injury, have high or low blood pressure, are currently under the supervision of your GP, have had recent surgery (including laser, plastic surgery or are using Retinol-A, Acutane) or you have any other conditions that may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment. Please note that our trained Spa Team will ask you a series of health questions on booking.
I’m pregnant, can I have a treatment?
Our policy states we will not carry out any treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy. After this, we can offer the following treatments; Peaceful Pregnancy Massage, Manicures, Pedicures, Specific facials and specific massages. Please enquire at the time of booking.
What should I wear in the Destination Spa?
As a Destination Spa guest you are provided with robes and slippers, please wear these throughout the Spa. We would recommend removing all Jewellery before using any of our facilities. Please note we do not allow any luggage or bags within the Spa, please keep these in your room or locker.
I have booked a Spa Day, what time can I arrive?
Spa Day guests should arrive at their allocated time, if you are booked in for a Morning Spa please arrive at Spa Reception from 10am, and afternoon spa guests should arrive from 2pm and have use of the facilities until 5pm.
Do I need to pre-book treatments?
To avoid disappointment we would recommend booking your Spa Treatment online, in advance of your arrival. We cannot guarantee that there will be treatments available on the day of your arrival. Contact the spa to find out more, 01926 843111 or book here. Treatments can be booked 14 days prior to your arrival date.

What is your mobile phone policy?
We do not allow mobile phones in the treatment rooms or in spa reception.
Our spa is an area of relaxation, please can we request use of mobile phone conversations are kept to a minimum.Can I reserve a sun lounger for the outdoor pool?
We kindly ask guests not to reserve sun loungers with towels or other personal belongings. This is to make our Destination Spa a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.
