Please take some time to read through our Guest Directory which will provide helpful information about the hotel, your room, dining and other areas of Ardencote and the local area.   • General Information

    SAFE DEPOSIT
    We regret we cannot be responsible for valuables left in guest bedrooms and would bring your attention to the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956 which is displayed in Reception. Limited space is available in the Hotel Safe at Reception.

    LOST PROPERTY
    Any lost property found in bedrooms will be kept in our lost property safe for a maximum of one month. After which the property will be disposed of and/or forwarded to a Charitable concern without notification. The Hotel does not take any responsibility for any loss and damage to personal property left on the premises. Any lost property sent on to a guest will incur a minimum charge of £10.00.

    PETS
    Pets are not allowed in Guest Bedrooms. With the exception of Guide Dogs, no pets are permitted in public areas of the Hotel.

    FAXING, E-MAILING & PHOTOCOPYING
    Secretarial facilities are available at the Hotel Reception. Fax facilities are available and can be charged to your room account

    CHECK-IN time is from 2.30 pm; CHECK-OUT time is 10.30am.
    We will endeavour to satisfy requests for earlier or later times, however a fee may be applicable

    CHECK-OUT
    All guests are required to check out at Hotel Reception by 10:30am. Robes or towels hired at the Spa Reception should be returned to the Spa Reception before check out.

    CREDIT CARDS
    We accept all major credit cards. Please note that Ardencote is a cashless venue.

    Leisure Club – dial 8360.
    Destination Spa – dial 8384 (or dial 0 after 7.00pm).
    Outside line- dial 9, immediately followed by number.

    Manor House Rooms 1 to 9 prefix room number with 870
    Manor House Rooms 10 and 12 pre-fix room number with 87.

    Outside calls are calculated and charged per unit as itemised on Hotel Telephone Logging System and are calculated by the number of units used. 1-3 units @ £0.55 per unit and thereafter @ £0.30/unit

    CAR PARKING
    Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safety of your vehicle during your stay here at The Ardencote, we regret that we are unable to accept any liability for loss or damage to your vehicle or theft of its contents whilst in the car park.

    We have EV charging on site, located outside of the Golf shop. Please follow the instructions on the machines when parking your car in these spaces.

    In the interests of safety please read the separate instructions located on your bedroom door.

    Please contact Reception if you would like assistance with your luggage

    YOUR ROOM CARD
    Please place card in to the control box located just inside the doorway. The action of placing AND LEAVING your Room Key Card inside this box activates the lighting and television controls, and power points. On leaving your room, please remember to take the Card with you.

    The signed paper card must also be produced when charging any extras to your bedroom account.

    DURING YOUR STAY
    We hope that you enjoy your stay with us and that the bedroom is to your satisfaction. We kindly ask you to treat the bedroom with care and please note that any damage however caused inside your bedroom will incur additional charges based upon the cleaning or repair costs. This will be communicated to you at the earliest opportunity.

    RESTAURANT
    The Brasserie is open all day, seven day’s a week where you can relax and enjoy anything from a light snack, Afternoon Tea to a full three course dinner.

    Breakfast:
    Breakfast is served in our Restaurant and Brasserie Restaurant, this will be confirmed at Hotel Reception.
    Monday – Saturday 7.00am – 9.30am
    Sunday & Bank Holidays 8.00am -10.00am

    Lunch:
    Brasserie – served from 12.00pm – 6.00pm
    Cream Tea and Full Afternoon Tea is also available in our Brasserie (please note that Full Afternoon Tea needs to be pre booked)
    Sunday Lunch is available from 12.30pm – 3.00pm—booking is advisable

    Dinner:
    Brasserie – Served from 6.00pm at 9.30pm

    ROOM SERVICE
    The Room Service menu is available for you to look at in your room and is served from noon – 9:30pm. All room service orders will incur a tray charge of £10. 

    BARS
    Open during normal Licensing hours. However, residents may purchase liquor at any time at The Manager’s discretion. We offer an extensive range of beers, wines and spirits.

    LICENSE REGULATIONS
    Please note that it is against the Hotel’s Licensing Regulations to allow Guests to provide and consume alcohol not purchased on the property. We reserve the right to confiscate any such items and they will be returned on departure

    LEISURE FACILITIES

    If you intend to use any of our extensive leisure facilities we would ask that you sign in at leisure reception prior to using any of the facilities where one of our staff will be more than happy to provide you with a guided tour. Any residents that fail to sign in at leisure reception do so at their own risk and as such are bound by our terms and conditions which are available to view at leisure reception

    Our expertly-staffed Ardencote Spa is open daily for a wide range of beauty treatments.
    For appointments, contact our Spa Therapists on extension 384 (after 7pm please dial 0). For full list of treatments and prices, please see your room copy of the Spa brochure.

    ROBE HIRE
    Hotel Residents are able to hire robes from the Spa Reception at a charge of £5 per person (subject to availability).

    GOLF
    Our 18 Hole golf course is available to Hotel Residents, for further information including Green fees, club & trolley hire, score cards and Bookings please contact Leisure Reception on 8384.

    CHANGING ROOMS & LOCKERS

    Fully equipped changing rooms are located adjacent to the Swimming Pool area. Towels are available from Leisure Reception. For storage of personal items please use the lockers within the changing rooms (lockers require £1 coin which is refundable).
