My sessions will get you working hard, but I promise they will be fun and you will get results!
I also offer consultation & health Assessment (Health Appraisal, Body Composition, Postural Analysis, Blood Pressure and Lifestyle Analysis), Nutrition and Diet advice; Weight loss programs, this combined with tailor made plans will keep you in the best shape possible!
