Access to Destination Spa, including outdoor pool area and hot tub, are not included in this package.

Prices vary depending on dates and availability. This break can be booked for multiple nights and package inclusions are per day.

If searching for a family room, a maximum of 2 children aged under the age of 12 may be added to the number of guests to show family room options.

Please note: Destination Spa access can only be added to Leisure Break bookings on the day, subject to availability, and can not be guaranteed. To guarantee Destination Spa access, please book one of our Spa Breaks (available to adults over 18 only)

Booking Terms:

Prices for the Staycation Dinner, Bed & Breakfast package vary by day subject to dates and availability

Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 12pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure

If booking as a family with children, children must be under the age of 12 and a children’s menu will be included for dinner service

Access to the outdoor pool and hot tub are not included in this package

Online booking availability is guaranteed for a maximum of 6 guests. If you would like to book for 7 or more guests, please contact our reservations team before booking to confirm availability for your selected package on your selected date. Please email reservations@ardencote.com. Maximum numbers will apply on different packages on certain dates.

£50 per room non-refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure your reservation
Full payment for your reservation is required 14 days prior to arrival. If you book within 14 days of arrival, full payment will be automatically processed within 24hours of your deposit being received, using the card details provided on booking.
If you need to change your reservation, please contact our Reservations team using reservations@ardencote.com before 12pm a minimum of 2 days prior to your arrival and we will be able to transfer your booking to a later date, alter your package or hold your credit until you are able to re-book. Requests to change your reservation after this time may incur administration fees and/or cancellation fees. Our Reservations team will be able to advise on any applicable charges.
Full payments are non-refundable once received, however, in the event that the Government restrict Ardencote in ways that would prevent us from delivering the package that you have purchased, you can have complete peace of mind that you can transfer your booking to a later date.
If you decide to fully cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit or prepayment will be used to cover our administration fees.
If you decide to fully cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival, or once full payment has been received, you will be charged in full and your payment will be used to cover late cancellation costs
