Your break includes:

Arrival day - Overnight stay with dinner (Day 1):

Arrive from 4pm to check in to your bedroom
Access to Indoor Pool, Gyms, Squash & Tennis Courts from 4pm
2 Course Dinner from the Restaurant Menu (Main + Dessert)

Spa Day (Day 2):

Check out at Spa Reception at 10am and enjoy 3 hour access to Destination Spa (10am – 1pm)
Hire of Spa Robe, Slippers and Pool Towel included per guest
Access to the Outdoor Pool*, Outdoor Hot Tub & Spa Relaxation Lounge from 10am - 4pm
Light Lunch
Choice of 25 minute treatment from either Skin Nourishing Back Massage or Skin Soothing Facial
Depart at 4pm

Booking Terms

Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 4pm on the day of arrival until 4pm on the day of departure
3 Hour Destination Spa access will be from 10am until 1pm on day 2, after you check out of your accommodation. Destination Spa includes: Foot Spa, Monsoon Shower, Aromatherapy Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Tepidarium, Tranquillity Lounge, Outdoor Kilo Sauna
Inclusive treatment times will be pre-allocated and may take place anytime from 4pm on your arrival day until 4pm on your departure day. Treatment times will be confirmed to you by our Spa Team at least 3 days prior to arrival, your treatment choice can be confirmed at this time. Please email spa@ardencote.com with any queries regarding your spa access or treatments. Requests for specific times cannot be guaranteed.
Inclusive lunch menu on day 2 served between 12pm and 2.30pm
Inclusive treatment may be upgraded to an Elemis Bespoke Back Massage or Elemis Bespoke Facial for £10 per treatment when arranged in advance

Outdoor Pool is open for our Summer season May - September, subject to weather conditions and outdoor temperature.
Online booking availability is guaranteed for a maximum of 6 guests. If you would like to book for 7 or more guests, please contact our reservations team before booking to confirm availability for your selected package on your selected date. Please email reservations@ardencote.com. Maximum numbers will apply on different packages on certain dates.
Ardencote Spa is limited to a maximum of 12 guests per group, by prior arrangement.
Ardencote Spa is an adult only environment (over 18's) and we are not able to accommodate any guests under this age within Ardencote Spa or on any Destination Spa package.

£50 per room non-refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure your reservation
Full payment for your reservation is required 14 days prior to arrival. If you book within 14 days of arrival, full payment will be automatically processed within 24 hours of your deposit being received, using the card details provided on booking.
If you need to change your reservation, please contact our Reservations team using reservations@ardencote.com before 12pm a minimum of 2 days prior to your arrival and we will be able to transfer your booking to a later date, alter your package or hold your credit until you are able to re-book. Requests to change your reservation after this time may incur administration fees and/or cancellation fees. Our Reservations team will be able to advise on any applicable charges.
Full payments are non-refundable once received, however, in the event that the Government restrict Ardencote in ways that would prevent us from delivering the package that you have purchased, you can have complete peace of mind that you can transfer your booking to a later date.
If you decide to fully cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit or prepayment will be used to cover our administration fees.
If you decide to fully cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival, or once full payment has been received, you will be charged in full and your payment will be used to cover late cancellation costs.
