Booking Terms

Ardencote Spa is an adult only environment (over 18's) and we are not able to accommodate any guests under this age within Ardencote Spa or on any Destination Spa package.
Inclusive 25 minute treatment slot will be automatically allocated by our Spa Team. Treatments will be booked anytime between 10am on your day of arrival and 10.30am on your day of departure. Requests for specific times, or treatments at the same time, cannot be guaranteed. Your treatment times will be confirmed to you at least 3 days prior to arrival. Your treatment choice can be confirmed with the Spa Team at this time. Please email spa@ardencote.com with any requests or queries regarding your spa access or treatments
Inclusive lunch menu will be offered on the day
Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 10am on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure

3 Hour Destination Spa access will be either morning (10am-1pm) or afternoon (2pm – 5pm) and will be pre-allocated by our Spa Team. Destination Spa includes: Outdoor Pool area*, Hot Tub, Spa Lounge, Foot Spa, Monsoon Shower, Aromatherapy Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Tepidarium, Tranquillity Lounge, Outdoor Kilo Sauna.

Outdoor Pool is open for our Summer season May - September, subject to weather conditions and minimum outdoor temperature.
Additional treatment bookings are subject to availability a maximum of 14 days prior to arrival, and can not be guaranteed, please enquire by emailing spa@ardencote.com
Online booking availability is guaranteed for a maximum of 8 guests. If you would like to book for 9 or more guests, please contact our reservations team before booking to confirm availability for your selected package on your selected date. Please email reservations@ardencote.com. Maximum numbers will apply on different packages on certain dates.
Ardencote Spa is limited to a maximum of 12 guests per group, bookable only by prior arrangement.

Peaceful Pro-Sleep Massage

Deeply alleviating body and mind, this very special massage combines the benefits of a gentle touch and unique soft brushes to induce a deep relaxation and favour sleep. The Fragrance-free nourishing restoring formulas are enriched with Illipé butter, Jojoba and Babassu oil.

Moment of Tranquillity Facial

Treat your skin to the care it deserves! A bespoke facial designed especially for your skin’s needs whether it be age protection, hydration, purification or soothing. Using massage techniques to aid in a moment of tranquillity, allowing you to switch off into relaxation.

Sweet Serenity Body Scrub

Enriched with scrubbing sugar crystals, designed to provide an immediate glow and evenly toned skin. Completing this luxurious body scrub is the addition amaranth oil and almond oil to deeply nourish and provide instant skin revitalisation.
