Two Night Getaway Leisure Break

Your break includes:

Access to Indoor Pool area, Gyms, Squash & Tennis Courts from 12pm
Cream Tea served between 3pm and 5pm on day of arrival
Check in at Hotel Reception from 4pm
2 Course dinner in the Restaurant (main + dessert) each evening
2 nights accommodation in a double or twin room
Restaurant Breakfast each morning

Check out by 10:30am on departure day

Online booking availability is guaranteed for a maximum of 6 guests. If you would like to book for 7 or more guests, please contact our reservations team before booking to confirm availability for your selected package on your selected date. Please email reservations@ardencote.com. Maximum numbers will apply on different packages on certain dates.
Single Occupancy Room Supplement from £40 per room per night

Destination Spa access can only be added to Leisure Break bookings on the day, subject to availability, and can not be guaranteed. To guarantee Destination Spa access, please book one of our Spa Breaks (available to adults over 18 only).

Dinner times are automatically pre-booked between 6pm and 9.30pm, subject to restaurant availability

Low Deposit Offer:

£50 per room non-refundable deposit is payable on booking to secure your reservation
Full payment for your reservation is required 14 days prior to arrival and payment will be taken automatically from the card used to pay your deposit.
If you book within 14 days of arrival, full payment will be automatically processed within 24hours of your deposit being received, using the card details provided on booking.
All deposits and balance payments are non-refundable once received
If you need to change your reservation, please contact our Reservations team using reservations@ardencote.com before 12pm a minimum of 2 days prior to your arrival and we will be able to transfer your payment to any available package at a later date or hold your credit until you are able to re-book. Requests to change your reservation after this time may incur administration fees and/or cancellation fees. Our Reservations team will be able to advise on any applicable charges.
If you decide to fully cancel your booking within 14 days of arrival, or once full payment has been received, you will be charged in full and your payment will be used to cover late cancellation costs.
