- Ardencote Spa is an adult only environment (over 18's) and we are not able to accommodate any guests under this age within Ardencote Spa or on any Spa package
- Destination Spa Access: 3 Hour access to Destination Spa is allocated between 2pm and 5pm and includes: Outdoor Pool*, Outdoor Hot Tub, Foot Spa, Monsoon Shower, Aromatherapy Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Tepidarium, Tranquillity Lounge, Outdoor Kilo Sauna
- Spa treatment booking requests are subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. Please enquire by emailing spa@ardencote.com.
- Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 12pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure
- We do not offer triple rooms. Groups with uneven numbers will require a single occupancy room, supplement is from £40 per single room.
- Online booking availability is guaranteed for a maximum of 6 guests. If you would like to book for 7 or more guests, please contact our reservations team before booking to confirm availability for your selected package on your selected date. Please email reservations@ardencote.com. Maximum numbers will apply on different packages on certain dates.
- Dinner times are automatically pre-booked between 6pm and 9.30pm, subject to restaurant availability.
*Outdoor Pool opening is seasonal and subject to minimum outdoor temperature and weather conditions
