The menus have been especially designed by our Executive Head Chef to create a truly memorable Wedding Breakfast. Upgrades are available for all menus and drinks packages, please refer to our Wedding Portfolio for more information.

Wedding Menus

Please choose one dish per course from the following menus:

  • 2019 Gold Package

    Starter

    • Dill Marinated Salmon with Fresh Green Salad, Lime infused Crème Fraîche
    • Carrot and Coriander Soup (v)
    • Maple Roast Parsnip Soup (v)
    • Leek and Potato Soup (v)
    • Seasonal Melon, Fresh Strawberry and Mint Consommé (v)
    • Warm Goats Cheese Tart with Sun Blushed Tomato Vinaigrette (v)
    • Salad of Prawns, Crayfish and Avocado with Chilli and Lime Crème Fraîche
    • Chicken Liver Parfait, Fig and Wholegrain Mustard Compôte, Rosemary Focaccia
    • Breaded Brie, Mango Salsa, Crisp Rocket Salad

    Main Course

    • Breast of Roast Chicken Filled with Mozzarella wrapped in Pancetta, Roast Provençal Sauce
    • Sliced Loin of locally produced Roast Pork served with Sage and Onion Stuffing, Roast Pan Gravy
    • Locally Made Speciality Sausages, Creamed Mash, Red Wine and Roast Onion Gravy
    • Pan Fried Fillet of Sea Bream with a Green Chilli, Coriander and Watercress Salsa
    • Slow Cooked Shoulder of Lamb, served with Minted Peas, Buttered Mashed Potatoes, Rosemary and Honey Jus
    • Asparagus and Broad Bean Risotto in a Baked Pepper with Herb Butter Sauce (v)
    • Mushroom and Brie Filo Nest with Piquant Tomato Sauce (v)
    • Wild Mushroom Stroganoff with Wild and Long Grain Rice (v)

    • Bramley Apple Tart with a Warm Calvados Vanilla Sauce
    • White Chocolate and Peach Crème Brûlée with Heart Shaped Shortbread Biscuit
